NPCC Annual Parade (NPAP) 2018

This year’s NPCC Annual Parade (NPAP) was held on 8 April 2018. 6 of our unit cadets participated in the event, of which 4 were involved in the parade and 2 were involved in the post-parade performance. Let us hear from our participants!

“Initially, most of us did not know anything about the parade procedures. We were totally lost and don’t know what to do. There were cadets from different areas in the contingent and we had to work together to help one another. Throughout the few months of training, I made some friends from other areas and we managed to work together as one. We put in all our effort during the training. However, on the actual day, it rained and we did not manage to perform the actual parade.”

“When I first went into NPAP, I did not know what to do. However, after a few trainings I learnt many skills and also made a lot of friends. Although it rained and all of us were very disappointed, we made a lot of friends, learnt useful skills and made a lot of memories.”

“During the first training, I was pretty nervous as there were a lot new people. We trained hard and got to interact with our new friends. Unfortunately, during the actual day, it rained and we didn't get to perform. Nevertheless, it was a fun day as I got to interact with more people. NPAP taught us teamwork and we created many memories together. I LOVE NPAP!”

Despite the rain, we hope that the cadets have gained valuable experiences during the past 3 months of training.
