Adventure Training Camp

Adventure training camp was held on 29 July-31 July at Pulau ubin. When they reached Pulau Ubin, they had a short 20 minute hike to the campsite. They then assembled together and started pitching the tents. After this,they split into different groups consisting of cadets from different schools in area 3. Afterwards, they met their group instructors and played some icebreaker games.The day ended with a debrief and they went to sleep in the tents. On the second day,they went through the low rope challenge,kayaking,water confidence tests and skit creation for campfire night. The highlight of the camp,the campfire,was conducted under the starry night sky and the cadets enjoyed this a lot .The last day began with fun games,followed by area cleaning before they were dismissed to return back to school.

"This was my first ever experience to Pulau Ubin. I heard lots of negative remarks about the camp and was dreading to go.However,once there, I found out that many of my group mates had the same hobby as me which made it easier to interact with them. Over the next 2 days me and my newfound friend had fun attending all the activities planned and I enjoyed it truly.On the third day we said our goodbyes to our group mates and went back to our own unit. To summaries It, it was a very fun experience and a memory that would stay with me forever"
