On the 23 July 2016,the NPCC cadets went for the Move to Beat Parkinson (MTBP) carnival,conducted by Parkinson society Singapore at Bishan park activity lawn 1. They were there to be helpers for the event and they arrived early to be briefed by the event organisers of their duties. The public were invited to this event to participate in the 5km mass walk and game & food carnival.The event started soon and the cadets were deployed to their respective duties.Due to the heavy downpour,the mass walk was cancelled but this did not dampen the mood of the activity.During the break where participants could try out the games booth,cadets were around the other to assist anyone who needed help.Time flies.The event ended very quickly and cadets left the event area tired but happy
